At Care For A Ride our philosophy is very simple – to provide a safe, dependable mode of transportation for everyone in our community who needs it.

Care For A Ride believes that there is an overwhelming need in our community for caring transportation. We also offer assistance to appointments, shopping, errands and more if required via our senior or special ride service. When we take seniors, we believe they are very important people who deserve respect and the right to their independence.

Often they don’t know where to turn for help when they need to get around in their community, so it’s often family and friends who get the call. But what happens when family or friends are unavailable?

This is where we can help. We offer a safe, reliable and caring resource previously not available to them. Seniors can maintain a sense of independence while at the same time reducing some of the assistance needed from friends and family.

Our services bring peace of mind. We help people from all walks of life including children, seniors, and anyone else who needs a little extra help and care than what traditional transportation offers. We also provide regular transportation at a higher level of service at a very affordable rate. We are Canada's only true door-through-door transportation!

Each of our Team Care Helpers must go through a full and thorough screening, security check, medical, training, and hold a Class 4 or higher professional drivers license. All of our caregivers truly treasure the personal satisfaction that comes from helping others.
