Care For a Ride App

We have served seniors for over 13 years, and now we are here for YOU too!

Introducing our new and improved ride sharing app! You can now book rides anytime including evenings and weekends through the app!

Some of the new advantages of using the app include:

Book rides for yourself or call us to book, we can do it for you. We’re available from Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, choose a favorite driver, include specific pickup instructions and more!

How To Use The App:

Download App

From the App store, download the Care for a Ride Customer App. The App will appear on the home screen of your mobile device.

Create Account

1 - Enter your Mobile Number (no spaces or hyphens) and press the red arrow tab.

2 - You will then be prompted to enter a password. Once entered, press the red arrow tab.

Enter Destination

Type address of your intended destination. As you are entering the address, the system self populates with similar addresses matching yours.

Ride Particulars

1 - Enter Credit Card information into our secure site.

2 - You will note the “Standard Ride” tab is bolded and the cost of the ride is also displayed.

3 - If you were given a promo code, please enter it when prompted.

4 - You also have the option to enter a trip for a future date and time. Press the Schedule tab to book a future trip.

5 - Once completed, press “Confirm” tab.
